The car exhaust manifolds on the R/H side turn down a little short and some folks think that need to notch the top part of the truck frame when swapping in the 460.
I believe the 460 2wd exhaust manifolds will work, because the go back a little further and then turn down.
As far as inside or outside the frame exit, IMO outside is the way to go. That way you do not have to deal with that dang cross member and all that funky routing around the xfer case and then cross back over to get true duels....
I have 1 sets (Hedman) of fenderwell exits on one truck, and 2 sets of L&L outside the frame exit for some projects.
I had a inside set on one truck and NEVER again will I make that mistake.
