IPR command via IDS

IPR command via IDS
I have a VCM and IDS through my work but never really got any training with it...How do you command an ipr valve via IDS? How do you navigate to where you need to be? Thanks
Also when doing an oil rail air test via the icp fitting, do you command it to 15% or 85%?
Also how long do you have to wait for air leaks?
