May, 2014 Junk Yard Wishlist

This was a neat idea, thanks again to lgwilson for suggesting this!

Last month's will be closed.

Post your wants & needs here, even if they were on last month's list; there's enough chatter on the old one it gets hard to know if somebody is still needing a part or not without reading through the entire thing.

Please keep monetary-transaction talk amongst yourselves - in PMs or e-mail.

It's fine if we want to give/sell things to each other but we can't be running a Flea Market or Auction House here, that's against the spirit of what we do here - people helping each other.

Ditto for an M/400. Pump, brackets, bolts, and hoses. But, no urgency on my "need".

And, as an FYI, in the case of the M/400 those pumps were used on 1970's to 1982 E's, which one salvage told me are long gone because of the amount of steel in them. Also, those pumps were used in some of the "land barges" with the 400, most of which have been crushed.

I'm looking for a pair of front stabilizer bar mounting brackets for a 86 f150. They mount under the coil springs. I've been looking for these for a long time, I even went to the Ford dealer, they gave me the part #'s they are E0TZ-5486-D, E0TZ-5486-E. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm looking for a couple more rare items and will be very generous if they can be secured...

I need a dash bezel with the stock fog switch and a factory underhood tool box. I have been looking for both in junk yards for months and just can't find them....

Please help!

I have a dipstick, E6TZ-6750-G, still has the tag on it, came with my truck but was about a foot too short as I discovered my truck has an engine from a van in it (long tube to the radiator support). If you know what it fits and can use it, first claimant who can come up with shipping can have it. ~Bill

Bill - I don't show an email from you since Feb. Could you resend? Thanks!

But the above info is helpful as I can give the salvage guy's a better list of those vehicles to look for. Thanks again.

I would be intrested in finding a set of F-250 Badges, and either the XL or 4x4 ones that go underneath.
