99 7.3 superduty won't start

1999 F250 Superduty 7.3 410k miles 2wd AT.
Yesterday while driving home from Hammond, LA. The truck was running great and while traveling home I eased up on the pedal for a 35mph area and the truck just quit. I coasted to a safe area and attempted to restart with no success.
I checked the oil, witch I had changed 24 miles previously. It's full.
I removed the fuel filter cap. It was full. I drained it and turned the key on. It refilled at a good rate. I replaced the cap and tried to restart. Apparently I caught some debris which caused a tiny high pressure squirt of fuel from under the cap. I removed the cap and cleaned it. After replacing the cap I tried to restart. No leaks and no start.
I ran to the dealer and purchased a new cam sensor came back and installed it. Still no start.
I towed it home, charged both batteries, let it sit overnight.
Still no start.
I replaced the IPC with a used one about 50 miles ago. I checked it and no oil on the plug.
CEL comes on
Tach showed RPM while cranking
No smoke
I could use some help please. Keep in mind I'm not familiar with all the abbreviations and have no access to a code machine.
Thank you in advance

Just sitting here staring at my truck. Won't be able to find a mechanic till tomorrow. And probably have to spend some big bucks. So what can I do now, myself.
As having the oil and filter changes only 24 miles ago could this have anything to do with my problem? They told me they put in Rotlla.

You might want to hold it to one thread on the topic so people can keep track of what's going on . . .
