Chile
Sorry if my english is not so good.
Chile is a nice contry to do off-roading, camping and overland, so you will be welcome here.
I´m 40 years old, economist and I´m in the apparel business. I do designs here in Chile for lot of brands and manufacture in China or Asia.
Nowadays I own a 2013 Ford F250 Superduty Crew Cab with 6.7 Diesel engine. I´ll try to load pictures later.
I´ve an idea that I want to know if possible or not with my truck. As I need more seats, I want to know if is possible to put the body of an E-350 2WD into the chassis of my truck with the engine and wheels.
I´ll place a new topic in Super Duty tread.
Thanks and regards,
Enrique.

Your earthquakes seem to be a bit larger than I like though....
As for swapping the van body to the truck chassis, that would be a complicated swap and I would not recommend it. The van frames are a different width, and the controls are forward of those found in the F series.
Of course, you could do it, but it would be cheaper to trade for a van. And in the long run, better all around. Do they offer the E series van with a diesel engine in Chile? (I guess that would be the first question to ask)

Earthquakes here in Chile are not very funny, and unluckely they are frequently.
Here in Chile you could not find diesel van. Did you now any place in USA where I can find new diesel E-350?
Thanks,
