Got some numbers, what next?

So I'm finally back in Kansas with the wife's new to her 04 F250. She picked me up at the airport in it and it was running just as rough as before along with no power.

I had ordered the SCII but it never made an appearance (different story for another day) so I downloaded the paid version of Torque and hooked it up, here's what I got just sitting in front of the house just now,

Idle:
ECT 177.8
EOT 174.6
FICM 48.0
Chassis volts 13.5
HPOP 649.2

And I guess I didn't capture at 2500 rpm but the HPOP was up around 1700 I believe.

What numbers and readings do I need to get in order to help with a diagnosis?

Yes, I'm in Newton for the next week then loading everything we own into boxes, putting them in a truck and moving to Toledo, OH. My wife will be towing her 30' pontoon boat up there with it so hoping I can get it running well enough for a 900 mile trip.

It's running very rough, almost no acceleration and the codes stored:
P0046, P0281-cylinder 7 contribution/balance, P0603-KAM Error and U0306.

I'm going to change the oil (Rotella T6 and motorcraft filter) and put the blue spring kit in it tomorrow morning.

Yes # 7 Injector , 0046 is VGT , take a look at the connection maybe rusted up or loose/chaff wire

I have looked at the connector after I looked that code up on here (one of your responses to another member). Can't see a problem with the connector so will dig further into the wiring. As for the injector, how do I test to see in its the injector itself, wiring or FICM? Back the day after she got the truck we were sitting out in front of the house waiting on my son in law to get here with it idling when it all of the sudden went smooth and ran perfect for a 100 mile trip but was right back like it is now after sitting all night. (Number 7 is the most rearward on the drivers side like a SBC right?)

I have not added anything but there was an aftermarket alarm system when she brought it home. I removed everything from it and reconnected the wiring in the drivers door where they had added a relay for the electric locks. The installation looked semi-professional (like a Best Buy, about half way between a home done hack job and professional audio shop job)
