Here is a video of me wiggling the solenoid with the motor running. It cuts out but i cant make it do it on command while shaking the solenoid

 

It really isn't conclusive, but that's where I'd start anyhow. I don't believe the solenoid is available on its own, though.

 

Have you inspected the IPR harness at all? Try unplugging and looking into it. I've worked on 2 trucks now including my own where the harness melted and was apparently causing the contacts to short together and shut the truck off.
I could just about make it happen on demand by wiggling the harness, though.

 

Hm no I haven't looked into the harness but I will try to unplug it today to see what the connection looks like

 

Well I think I found the issue. The 42 pin harness was scrapping on the valve cover. There was one wire that was exposed. I taped it up and now things seem like there good to go
