Moving to Florida
I will be moving to Florida later this year and my question is does Florida have emissions testing on trucks coming in the state? Will I have any problems registering a 2008 truck with the DPF delete exhaust system? Thanks in advance.

No, we do not have emmissions testing down here. However, if you are showing off and get pulled over, I'm pretty sure that they can check to make sure things like a muffler and any other noise control equipment are on the truck.

Nope, no smog or safety inspections here... welcome to the real land of the free 
FL now trusts everyone to keep there vehicles in good shape, as they (and every other state) should. If you are truly a hazard to other drivers (shredded tires, no brakes, inop lights, overweight/unsecured load) then DOT or FHP will stop you... or the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office in their ugly Chevy Impala cruisers.
