so far all i found was fiberglass body parts does anyone know if the older nose like 40-47 will fit the 51 cab? i really like that style of nose and thought if i get stuck buying a complete front clip might as well be the one i like

Hey there ****! That looks like it has alot of potential. Your question about the fiberglass, do you mean the 48-50 style? I'm pretty sure the 42-47 won't fit but then again I've never tried. I can't help much(as usual) on the nose but we have alot of f-1 experts. I can say the fender's won't work because the larger trucks have a much bigger opening. Hope this helps, -4speed

I'm pretty certain the 42-47 nose will not fit the 48-52 trucks. You need to stick with 48-52 fiberglass parts. Besides, if there were ever an ugly truck contest, I think the 42-47 would be be heavily represented!

well you guys were right the older nose will not fit the 51 cab so its 48 - 52 ,, anyone know where to get floor pans? gonna go ahead and pull the cab set it in the garage and work on it when i can , found fiberglass nose and doors so guess that prob solved all except saving the cash ,, pretty good chunck of change but should be worth it in the end when it comes to cruise time
