Obd1 and Obd2 94 full size.
Hooked to the diagnostic connecter under the hood and can't get a reading or pull codes and looked fro a Obd2 connector under the dash and found none.Guess what I'm asking is a 94 fs obd1?

'94s are EEC-IV. The test connector does give you digital information IF the scanner you are using is programmed to read EEC-IV.
OBD-II is the next generation and standardized across all vehicles manufactured for sale in the US. It was mandated by the 1996 model year. (This is why many states have dropped emissions testing for vehicles manufactured prior to the 1996 model year).
