Try www.partsvoice.com. That website will search for all of the national dealership stock. Not likely-but I have been surprised on obsolete parts that dealerships have on their parts department shelves.
I found an obsolete spare tire carrier for a F series in Lincoln dealership parts department-it was covered in dust and was on that shelf for 16 years! The parts guy didn't understand how I knew that they had a part for an old Ford pickemup. But partsvoice knew it was back there.
Or try :
www.greensalescompany.com They specialize in Ford factory OEM new/old stock obsolete parts-and have sheet metal factory parts.
Easy guys the kid was trying to help. As far as you wanting Ford parts lmc sells them. He didn't know you want oem parts. This hobby is built on the young guys learning from the older guys experiences, challenges, redos, experiments blah blah blah. You didn't just jump into working on cars trucks without some help along the way.

Lol you are right Ford parts are Ford parts. That wasn't the point the kid was trying to be helpful. A little patience or constructive criticism go along ways teaching the young crowd about good parts and aftermarket stuff.
