I just purchased the 41045 hyperTech in-line programmer for an 05 6liter, and it is missing the selector switch for the power levels.
Does anybody have a source for the switch, or potentially has one of these units that they can tell me how the switch is wired and I can go to RadioShack and get the parts to make my own.
Post a picture. If it is like the old edge juice modules it is a computer jumper. Hypertec might help you out if you call tech support.
I don't have it yet, but unless someone has the 41045 unit, I don't need people guessing at what wires to cross to make this thing work.
From the pic I had of it, it looks like a 4 wire plug, so one wire is signal, and the rotary switch puts it to one of the other 3 wires to change tune... I understand the concept, I just want someone who has this module to tell me which wire is which.
I'll have time this weekend to call, but it's doubtful they are open. The only day I usually have is Mondays to make calls, so the long wait on hold will be then. I was hoping for someone to say they had this module and would test their switch for me.
