sun visors brackets
i bought a set of new brackets , when i went to install them they wont go in the hole, looks like the spring part is too close the backing plate not letting it slide , is this common with repo parts ?? i guess i have to cut the opening a little larger so that it will go in ??

Can you post some pictures? I'd like to follow what you're doing if possible. Saw a lot of visors at Pate (Ft Worth,TX) but didn't even ask about them because none had brackets.

i ended up just grinding the opening larger ,, i will take some pics ,, i wanted black but gray is all i could get , so i painted them with vinyl paint , looks great
