The oil psi gauge will move at like 5psi to normal signifing low psi oil. It sounds like you havent cranked enough. The adage with thes trucks and air in the hp oil system is crank it till you sure there is something else wrong. Then cranks it some more

Well that makes me feel like a idiot on the whole gauge thing. But my main issue was that my y pipe was not seated all they way once I fixed that cranked and cranked some more and she reluctantly started thanks all.
