Bleeding these systems is horrible, look for info in the FAQ. If it's working don't mess with it.
Sorry about the miss guide on what it looks like. The one I looked up on rockauto.com did look like a brake bleeder. Like I said been awhile since I redid my setup. Honestly it wasn't that hard to bleed. I replaced the master cylinder & slave cylinder. Had it all done in a couple of hours. Hardest part was getting the slave cylinder back on. That required an extra hand.

Hey, you're right, all the plastic ones on RockAuto have the set screw, but the metal one has a regular bleeder:

That'll open up more options on getting the air out of the system, very good.

When I redid my system I know both my slave & master cylinder were metal. Let me see if I can find that old posting. Someone had asked what part #s they were.

I bought the parts at Advanceauto. All parts were made in China.... The part #s are the ones before the price I believe. Hope this helps.

Here is what my receipt says....
Clutch master cylinder 3656985
39894 $40.79

Clutch slave cylinder P 3654885
37745 $32.99

Thread I had it posted in was long so I just copied and pasted the info.

First truck I did, wrestled with the bleeding for an hour. Felt like I was bleeding... Second truck, I bought the pre-built pre-bled kit, master-line-slave, 10-minutes R&I.
