ID this bushing

Was at the u wash it car wash after i was done I Found this bushing under my 78 f150 2wd. Not sure if came off the truck or someone else's before

Hard to tell but it kind of looks like a sway bar end link bushing. Also like a steering stabilizer bushing. Also a shock bushing. Cant really see it well in pics.

Yeah I took that pic in the dark finished washing the truck and saw that sitting in the grate so I'm unsure what it is ill go out and take another pic
