Good tuner for towing

My 08 6.4 f 350 has 34k miles, I pretty much use for pulling my horse trailer or fifth wheel( both in the 17k weight range) not looking for a race truck, just optimizing what I have (power and tranny).. I have searched the various forum threads and seems to be numerous options. The delete is off the table, , so what's left?

automind or the banks 6 gun with the IQ would be the best choice. CARB certified as well so you don't have to take them off at time of inspection either.
