1993 Areostar A/C Problem

I have a 93 Areostar with front and rear air. Rear air bloes ICE cold, front air is slightly warm. Took it to a garage they said it could be something in the heater core, they wanted 500 bucks labor to just rip apart the dash to check it out. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if there is an easier fix?

1993 Areostar A/C Problem

I have had nothing but problems with the a/c on this *****;mine does the same thing as yours only it starts blowing warm air when I come to stop. The compressor doesn't shut off or you can't hear changes in the engine- it simply blow warm air until you start moving again. I don't have any advice for you, its just misery loves company.
