Blinking ABS Light 97 F150
Just went out and hopped in the truck to go to the store. The ABS light came on and blinked 15 times, held steady for a second, and then repeated.
The truck won't shift out of park. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hi Tom and welcome to FTE 
Is it 4 wheel ABS or just rear wheel?
Have you checked your fuses?
If the brake lights dont work the shift interlock solenoid wont work and you wont be able to shift out of park...with the ignition on.
