Unknown clanking

Unknown clanking
Well this morning i hit a pot hole amd everytime the wheel comes back after turning left it makes a clanking noise. I pulled over and turned the wheel while i stopped and it wont do it. It only happens when im moving. Please help.

I hit it pretty hard because i dump truck was coming the other way and it was filled with raim water and i didnt know it was that deep i was going about 30 and i think its called a twin i beam... Its what ever one thats not a solid front axle.

I could be dead wrong but the clunking could be from a snapped u-join in the shaft assembly if you hit it just right. As the wheel turn the shafts could be hitting each other.
