trying to decode Vin number F10CK505212 1964 F-100 I just dug this out of my ware house ...been sitting in there for 20+ years...trying to figure out what type motor it has....looks stock with 2V carb....I just went through it.. fresh fuel and it runs like a top three speed on the column and has " Custom Cab on the door and extra trim pieces in side ...look like maybe they go on the doors and front fenders
I googled 1964 F100 Vin decode and found a site (vinmagic) where you just plug in your vin and it spits out the info. Below is what it showed for your VIN

Most online VIN decoders aren't worth TWO CENTS, have errors and omissions!
The VIN engine code only decodes to the size of the engine and carb type.
The net HP & RPM figures are stamped on the 3rd line of the Warranty Plate.
I have seen your replies in other threads and you always seem to be rite on the money with your information. Thinking this might be to much of a project for me so I might just put it up for sale......thanks for your help and response
