I have a 1998 Expy Eddie Bauer with 125k miles on it that lately has been running like crap but I have no trouble codes to go on. When the truck is cold it runs fine however as soon as it warms up it starts to idle rough and misfire under load. I scanned the truck for fault codes and got nothing. I checked all the coil connections, vacuum lines and pcv for any signs of failure and found nothing. Does anyone have an idea what else I could check?

Pull you COP's each to see if you have coolant in the plug holes. With a manifold leak, once the engine warms and starts to vaporize the antifreeze in the plug hole, the moisture/vapor increases the resistance and just might set off a misfire.
Clean your MAF also, check your fuel pressure and/or change your fuel filter for starters.
OK, new fuel filter and cleaned the MAF with no change. No anti freeze leak either. I am however getting a code on my scanner now (still no CEL though). Its a p1000- on board pcm self test not complete. What the hell is this??
Truck is still acting up. Sometimes it feels like its gonna stall, other times it idles great. One minute Im getting engine vibration and sputtering through the exhaust then suddenly its fine for a few minutes.
Check your connections to the PCM. It sounds like an incomplete signal.
I had the same issue on my daughters Mini sometime back.
Rechecked and secured connections and we're then good to go.
