Actually there are many cars that don't follow that logic. Some cars have 2 plugs per cylinder for increased power and also to pass emmissions tests. Things are different now then they used to be.
Yeah. The new Dodge's Hemi uses 2 plugs a cylinder concept. So if you're changing plugs on a Dodge Ram, you need to replace all 16 of them, plus the wires. It's gonna cost a fortune.
