Please help!!!!!!!!!
I have a 1996 for Explorer and recently after I got a new battery (because the old one died) started to have electrical problems. My 4 wheee and 4 wheel low lights blink 6 times and the inside lights and windows won't work. They are stuck down. Are there any suggestions I can do before I bring it into the dealership or electrition. I am on a very tight budget becuase I just graduated school. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I also don;t have an owners manul because I bought it from a private owner.

Check the fuse boxes.

First, you need to include your problem in the subject. You can pick up an owners manual on e-bay for under $10. For under $20, you can find the Ford service manual on cd. Just do a search on e-bay for "ford explorer 1996". You can also find the service manual cd's at fixitcds.com. Hope this helps.
