yes,i had chevy's,this was my toughest, the biggest, most powerful truck i built,i built a lot of them many years ago. Hope everyone enjoys, thanks for looking.
I surely hope that stang aint got no damn chevy motor in it. I see old school monster gumbo mudders on your old trucks. Lotta new people dont know about them. Also dont know about Maxi-tracs or Multi-tracs . Some of the BEST all around tires ever made.
we were building a 706 BBF for the mustang, but because of my back injuries the mustang will not get finished buy me. I have parties interesting in buying it as it sits. THANKS guy's. I have draw's of pic's of us mudding years ago,i live in farm country in lower mich. and thats all we had to do, EVERY WEEKEND.
Sorry to hear about your back. Hopefully it doesn't derail your hobby too bad.
I second all the others, VERY cool photos. You say you have drawers of old school mudding pictures? I think I speak for everyone when I request that you scan in more and post them up whenever you have time!

Wow! You must be my twin brother from another mother. Same exact story over here but in Pennsylvania where I grew up. I had a bunch of dents through the early '90's and built a few Chevys, but now I'm back to dents again and think I'll stick with them from here.
Wheelin' every Friday and Saturday, but needed Sunday to weld 'em back together to make it to work on Monday!
wow, that happened in i think 1984,so i dont remember, about an 1/8 from his house. The front bumper was 4inch square tubing half inch thick. The telephone pole snapped off like a tooth pick, but the 10in dia maple tree didnt but,it up rooted it. We grabbed one of the tractors and drug it home, dam my legs hurt the next day.
