CODE P0401
I have the 04 Ex 6l diesel and every so often I will get the P0401 Code. Does anyone have any ideas on what this might be, besides my EGR Valve? I am having a tough time finding anything wrong...Seems to run Great...

That code is a PITA to figure out exactly where it is coming from. Things you need to check are the IAT2 sensor on the intake, EBP sensor and tube from exhaust manifold, MAP sensor tube from intake manifold, pull turbo downpipe and have a look to see if there is excessive oil in exhaust side(This was the one that I found for my P0401) blown turbo seal. Pay attention to the bung on the intake leading to the map sensor. Mine was almost completely gunked closed. Hope this gives you some starting points.
