I had 238/80s up until last year in my truck. I'd been running these Injectors for the last 7 years, along with a 38R. In stock form that Turbo would hit 38-40 lbs in the (all-out tune) by Matt. I do have the red line to the Turbo disconnected and plugged off as well. Might need to get a reburn on your hot tune.

Peak boost is 4-5psi higher. I can't say I've noticed it spooling any faster. What sold me was a thread on PSA where PHP saw big dyno gains on a truck with 250/200's and broke 600hp.
Thanks. So how does it feel on the butt dyno? Noticeable?

My butt dyno wasn't calibrated to the stock 38r wheel. I only ran it for about 200 miles (about 100 of those getting the air out of the HPO system) before swapping it and I installed the 38r along with 200/80 hybrids and a few other goodies. I still haven't done a 0-100mph run due to egt and fuel supply issues. I have the ingredients for a dual pump setup sitting on the workbench just waiting for some free time. To make a long story short, I can't say if it is any faster, but I can say it makes more boost for a given throttle position and rpm.
