I like the look of those tires! What are they and how do they preform?
they are the factory type that came on these trucks, there 16.5's. I know some one is gonna jump on here and say no they werent and bla bla. I found a brand new pair $80 for all 4,im picking them up thursday. They are loud on the rd but bite real good. The color is a solid, the factory was a metal flake a little lighter blue,it will be going back to factory color this summer. THANKS
Parts? Like what? the "F"? I only see the drip rail moulding.....Was your rig originally trimmed out?
That's a nice blue... an OEM Ford color?
no i have the F, i have the correct hood for the truck but,im not putting it on till the box sides, doors, fenders, grill shell and bumpers go on. The only other trim will be wheel opening moldings.
Nice looking truck. Back in 77 I had a 72 f100 w some L78 15 firestone M&S tires. The tread pattern was very similar to yours. They were VERY good pulling tires. Especially bagged down. Running about 15 psi they would go anywhere you had the ground clearance to go.

THANKS, Back in the day when we pulled we all ran these tires. Wife is busy but when she has time she will scan pic's of my old trucks.
