360 intake manifold question

To use the same intake you would need to use an adapter, not really the best way to go.
As far as carbs, brand is a personal choice, I like Holley others prefer Edelbrock, a third option is a Motorcraft 4100.
Something in the neighborhood of 600-650 cfm is more than adequate for a 360.
On a stock 360 I wouldn't expect much in the way of power increase unless a lot more is done to it.
