Camshaft question

My project for the summer is to put the 302 efi I had in my old 86 and put it in my 86 flairside. I've got the engine sitting on the engine stand, and after lots of reading on here I've decided to put a comp cams 31-255-5 cam in to pep it up some. Today i pulled my original cam out to put in the new one and this is what I found.

there seem to be some wear on the cam bearing, do I need to replace them too, or are they still useable? any input would be helpful.

Take your fingernail and drag it front to rear over the bottom of the bearing. If there is a lip that catches your fingernail along the edge of the bearing, I would replace it. If nothing catches your fingernail, I would not worry about it.
