So today I took my truck(1994 Mazda B3000) up to do some offloading, There was a lot more snow on the mountain then I expected. Long story short I was stuck for 3 hours in about 3 feet of snow until somebody finally came along to pull me out. Once I got out the first thing I noticed was my radio was no longer lit up. I shrugged it off and kept driving. Then driving down about 100 yards latter the truck stalled and I lost control. Then after some pushing,I got it so that I could push it, and jump in to pop the clutch to start it. After rolling down and getting some speed i poped it in second. it started running for about 5 seconds then stoped runing so i gained speed again and did that again only this time attempting to give it gas so it wont die. this is when i noticed that the RPMs werent even showing up on my dash. And I was getting no response from my throttle. . I rolled down as far as I could before I finally gave up and called for a Ride. When my ride finally showed up we tried giving it a jump. It started right up only right after disconnecting the jumper cables it died. Also when we did get it running its making a terrible clunking noise that I had spotted earlier that day. But this time it sounds worse. I think it might be a damaged cylinder.. Not a good day any body know what could possibly be wrong . My truck is just sitting in the mountains right now dead. Please help
+1^ Wtroger..... really either a fuse being blown or a wire broke or got loose. Check all your main cables to battery terminals and double check ground points. ECM relay and Fuel pump relays are both needed in order to function, but doesn't seem most likely since radio and dash also cut off.
The clunking sound is hard to say now but could be due to water or snow getting into ignition parts under the hood, causing a misfire. Check ignition wires and cap or coil (whatever applicable). Good luck
