Edge 15001 beware
I have an Edge Evolution that looks like this:
It is the type where you have to shut the truck off to program the pcm. Well I just wanted to say you told me so and beware to others. The evolution was blowing my main controller fuse.
With it unplugged fuse will not blow. I understand that the newer edge devices are different. This is just my experience and I'm not trying to create an Edge products bashing session. Just a warning to those who use it about my experience. Now the good part: I have a dp tuner style programmer on its way

Same here, I've never had a bit of trouble with mine. I can see where there could be issues though, having a cable constantly hooked to the OBDII port could lead to problems if you end up with a bad spot in the cable or something.

This reads like it was direct wired instead of going through a relay.
