After my injector cup job i need to do a flush of my cooling system. I'm looking for suggestions on how or what some of you guys have used to clean out your degas bottles. it's not cracked nor does it leak so unless i can't get it clean i'm not looking to replace it yet. So now suggest away.
Thanks guys, was using simple green but it didn't seem to be cutting the crude very well. Trey the bb idea is super awesome I will give it a shot tomorrow. Thanks again
Goof Off (regular formula). (Degas bottle out of truck) cap off the two smaller holes with Saran Wrap and rubber bands, then pour about 2 oz of Goof Off in the top, and put the cap on. Pretend you're grabbing the shoulders of a congressman, and do what comes natural. Don't hold back, let it all out. For a finishing touch, I took a pistol-cleaning cable and put it on the end of the drill, with a big cleaning swab on the end. I then shoved the cable down the throat (that congressman pretend thing still applies here), and pulled the trigger. Your degas will look better and you will feel better.
I guess you could call that churning your congressman in effigy.
