Ok guys update on this issue. I pulled the FICM and sent
It off to be repaired. Got it back today and tried to start the truck. The truck started sounded like it was running on two cylinders. It idled for a few minutes and died. It did not respond to me pressing the gas peddle. FICM volts did not
Drop below 48.5 so that problem is fixed. I'm at a loss here....
Ok I got the truck running again. It was the FICM. When I plugged the FICM back in after it was repaired it still would not work but it was because I had a broken FICM connector. Once I repaired the connector the truck started right up. I wanted to finish this post with the resolution in the hopes it will help someone out there with the same problem. This forum has helped me countless times. Thanks again.
