Mine don't "click." What about yours? I did find through AE that, I really have to crush the throttle to get the full potential of the throttle. Moving the Catch-All mat helped a little. But I would never use that much force when driving.
When the weather warms I may look at re-positioning the pedal assy to gain full travel with normal driving foot force.
