Accelerator pedal
Contained in the "Resurrection of the Turd" thread, there was significant chat about the accel pedal. BadDogKuzz, in this post https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post14178296 links to a thread Blueprinting the Throttle pedal assy.
In that thread they talk about the "click" the pedal makes when the IVS switch opens? or closes?
Mine don't "click." What about yours? I did find through AE that, I really have to crush the throttle to get the full potential of the throttle. Moving the Catch-All mat helped a little. But I would never use that much force when driving.
When the weather warms I may look at re-positioning the pedal assy to gain full travel with normal driving foot force.

This is what the inside looks like. I do believe you could actually adjust some things in there, but I ain't trying it! I was lucky enough to get it apart and back together again.
