Very very nice Kevin! You have some wickedly good painting skills. Was your truck a 4X4 dually from the factory, or was it a conversion?

It was a conversion Ford never made a factory 4X4 dually until 1999. The only 6 wheeler they made in the OBS was a cab & chassis truck single cab only.

I got new 5" diamond eye exhaust from Clay this week for my truck. It shipped direct from Diamond eye.

Shipping was a little rough on it but it straight up easy the down one piece of 5" was bent and one end of down pipe.

And the box the hard wear was in I live in TN it was shipped from OR so it could have been worse.

I LOVE ALL THE PICTURES! Great work Kevin!

So did you get the cab down to bear metal by sandblasting? Did you use plastic tarp to set up an enclosed area in your shop or do it outside?

Chemical strip and D/A sander. The plastic was used to keep the over spray off everything in the shop I used a exhaust fan to put the over spray out.
