i just did one for the first time and the best thing I can say is to look for a youtube video that's what I did and it really helped and it was a lot easier than I thought it would be
There are 3 screws that hold the vent window in place. They're on the angled body of the door. There's another long one right under the vent window on the interior of the door. You have to do this because the backside of the vent window is also the door glass channel.
There's a nut at the bottom of the channel down low on the door under the window crank. Take that off too. Now you can move that channel out of the way. All you have to do now is remove the old one and put in the replacement.
