The passengers side window got busted out of my 67 f-250, and I now have a replacement for it. I have the door panel off, glass cleaned out, and the part that stuck to the bottom of the window off.
That part was easy, but I can't seem to figure out how I'm going to fit this new winow in to the door in one piece?! Any tips or ideas? Do I have to take the vent window out or something? Please help!!
Cap'n Tea Bag,I had to turn the window up 90 degrees then drop it in the top and turn it inside the door. Yes I had to loosen the front window guide to get it in and out.Hope this helps.

Shrike is on the ball. Take out the 3 top screws holding the vent window in, the long one near the bottom of the window on the door, and the nut down near the bottom of the door. Then you can jiggle the vent window loose. I pulled out my vent window, then installed the main door window, and last put the vent window back in. I did this last night so let me know if you have any other questions.
