Head Lights Don't Work

The headlamps on my 1978 stopped working - - they don't come on when the switch is pulled out. Last week they worked fine and then they started going out while driving. If I hit the dimmer switch they would come back on. But after a couple days they stopped working all together. I changed the dimmer switch & head light switch and still they won't come on. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Could it be the headlights themselves are shot?

Have you checked your grounds?

Get the test light out, and find out where you lost the juice. It's a simple circuit, make sure you have power at the switch, then the dimmer, then the lights, then the head light ground.
