That's good news Tim. What ended up being the issue with your truck? Does your truck have a fuel cap? Or is it the cap less system?

Its capless. I didn't do anything but the screw I replaced, maybe just a hiccup? Who knows. Maybe it will come back on, maybe it won't, but so far so good.

It is good news indeed, but leaves me scratching my head why it happened in the first place. I can't remember where I got gas back then or if that had anything to do with it, possibly topping off? Only other thing I may have done differently was the addition of some Lucas ethanol safeguard fuel conditioner, which I haven't used since. But I doubt that would throw a CEL?
