If it has the two leaf springs, I would try to find a set from a diesel 350 that has three leaf springs. Don't use F250 springs whatever you do. It will beat your teeth out. Make sure they are from a F350.

The springs will work but they are most likely not rated for the heavier engine of the Diesel.
