You can get bucket seats and brackets from 78-79 big broncos. You can also get them from JC Whitney and several other seat manufacturers. Some seats may require some fabrication to make them fit right.

bronco bucket seat brackets will not fit a regular pickup noway nohow! don't even waste your time trying it! you can use bucket seat brackets from 64-72 pickups (yes it was an option back then) and then bolt many different seats to them. the early brackets are available repop but they are pricey. here are some threads where we discussed this before (use the search feature and you will find many threads about this subject)
Hey LAptop,
You keep teasing us with pics of your seats and I like 'em....but where can I get them? That seat track looks like it makes for a no hassle, bolt in, installation. where? who? How much?
Dave
Got them from www.truckandrv.com . Their stock changes weekly as they specialize in overstock and stuff that does not move "too quickly" (like EXPENSIVE seats..). Yes, the installation kit is available for these. Install time = about an hour... Price varies per accessories (like butt warmers, electic lumbar support, shoulder massagers...etc etc...).

I have 94 buckets in my 76. They were a project I finished last winter. Right now the seats are out of the truck because I have started to tear the truck down for a frame up.
I found the seats in a full service junk yard $150. I removed the brackets and slides so all I had were the seats and middle portion. Next, I left the original bench slides in the truck. I took two peices of particle board and sandwiched them together so I would have an inch in thickness. The particle board was mounted in the truck to the original slides. Place the seats on the board and get em lined up how you want em. Mark the location of the seats on the particle board. Remove the seats and draw up a pattern on the particle board for one inch steel. It should look like a ladder. Take the particle board to a weld shop or weld yourself. You now have a pattern for the welder and will have a new one inch frame to mount on the original slides for those nice seats. If you want the buckets to slide independently purchase slides from summint and mount them to the new frame. You will be able to slide each seat indepently or move the entire thing forward with the oringal slides.
If you want photos let me know. It might be a week or so because I have vacation.
bronco seats will work but not the brackets, the floors are a whole bunch different. the bronco seats can be bolted to the older 64-72 bucket seat brackets just fine and then will fit a regular cab pickup. hawkrod
