2013 Chrome Front bumper

I have question i recently hit a deer with my 2013 ford truck no damage was done to the truck only that my front bumper might of have gotten loose so now its uneven does anyone know or can give me some tips on how to remove the front bumper to see if i can get it aligned back in its place i provided a picture of the truck on the link below thats how the bumper looks like as of right now

mines not quite as bad but does look like yours......been meaning to try it get back to normal just been lazy about.....to hear it might be bent is a bit of a bummer, perhaps whatever`s bent can be bent back
