Where has everybody picked up their Emercency Cables from the back brakes to the frame.
Also looking for where I can get my Brake lines rubber from the Frame to the axle front and back.
I have put a 2" lift on it do I really have to buy longer ones or can I just use the standard lines
1977 Ford F-150 4x4
Thanks
I have a 4" lift on my f150 and used standard replacement cables, they work fine. I bought them from NAPA. I would bet the the standard parts house replacement hoses would be fine too. I bought extended braided lines (superlift brand) with my kit from jeffs bronco graveyard, they are more than long enough.
Pay attention to where the cable splits and goes from one to two cables.
There are two different set ups.
Here is what the Ford parts catalog calls for:
Cable, front, emergency brake.
Fits 78-79 F250 4WD reg cab, 133" WB.
cable length 108 1/2" long
