I finally installed a new steering gear and a Pro Comp 4" drop pitman arm. What a difference!! Night and day how my truck is handling! Thanks for all the help!! Now time to finish my gauge install and wire in my fog lights!
So did you have lift or leveling kit installed and did your gear box go out to warrant this? I'm just curious how it it handles better less "side to side wandering" on the road?

It really tightened everything up! It took all the slop out of my steering and so far I've notice a lot less wander. Not sure which parts was responsible for what. I know my steering was in bad shape, even after I changed all the tie rod ends and ball joints. It would wander and I had almost a half turn of slop. In my truck, it made a world of difference!! Oh yeah, compared to a stock truck I have 4" of lift.
