This is my first real winter with snow and the super duty. When driving in the snow in 2wd and sometimes 4wd I get what I'm assuming is wheel hop or axle wrap, it shakes the whole truck savagely.
They do work. I had a buddy put a set on a mid 90s F250. After they were installed the truck would give one little hop and then stop. It did limit axle articulation just a little bit, which isn't a big deal in a superduty. If your truck has overloads they have to be removed for them to fit. I did a kicker shock setup on an 85 F250. It still kicked so I double shocked that setup and cured it. That system doesn't limit any flex.
