How many miles on the truck? Has the entire front suspension and all steering components checked for wear etc?

worn frt end parts

Hate to say it, but the only way to tighten is to replace the worn out parts. Center link, idler arm, tierod ends, ball joints, etc
Get some one to move steering wheel, while you are watching/holding frt end components checking for the loose parts. Make sure truck is secure! before going underneath. The links, tierod ends are easiest to replace, the ball joints are a bit harder.
