Unhappy power steering conversion

I am in the process of tryin to correct the power steerin conversion on my 67 f100. I have a '77 gearbox in same and was wondering which year column would bolt in without mods. I have one out of '67 donor truck, but it had the bendix box and column is too long for it. Any help would be appreciated. It is 4 on the floor.

Right up to 79 will bolt in, F100-150-250-350, but the wiring connectors changed a little each year.
So you will have to figure the wiring connections out, cut and splice the wires together or you could reuse the old connectors by splicing them on to the donor column.
Just post the colors of the wires on your truck connectors and the wire colors on the donor column, the year of each would help a lot. Then your code will be magically deciphered by the "FTE Electrical Elfs"

Thanx for the offer on the wires b/c they are aggrevating. Im going to try to find a truck w/ a ford gear box in it and get column out of same. It figures my donor truck has the bendix column which is the same length as a manual one from what I see. I originally had a modified column in my truck. Basically i just cut and rewelded the bracket that bolts the column to the dash, but it put the assembly to close to me. Im ready to fix it right.
