If you are positive the engine is getting fuel I would check the fuel pressure regulator (FPS) for fuel and listen/spray for vacuum leaks. Having a gauge to check pressure would be a bonus. Could also be the IAC motor, bad injector, dirty throttle body or MAF, bad 02 sensor. Lots of possibilities.
The fuel system should be generating 50-60psi at the motor, get yourself a gauge and find out where you stand. If that is within spec pull codes and go from there.
