Since it's running rich, the 1st thing you need to do is check the fuel pressure. Checking fuel pressure is VERY SIMPLE. Do not be afraid to check the fuel pressure
Harbor freight will sell you the gauge for about 20 bucks. You want the one for fuel injection.
Screw on the gauge, start the engine & the gauge should read about 40 pounds.
Turn the engine off & the gauge should stay steady for 10 minutes.
If the gauge drops an injector or the FPR/fuel pressure regulator is leaking. That's why it's rich.
To check for a leaking FPR, pull the vacuum hose off of it, it should be dry.
